After you become our customer, we will design and make machine product as scheduled, after shipment, we can send technicians to your plant to install and run the machine, supply machine spares to maintain the machine. Any time, you have questions, we are pleased to answer. Warranty: we provide one year guarantee from date of commissioning or 15months since date of shipment, as per the earlier arrival date of the two deadlines. Our team: The people in our team are specialized in different aspects, each of them is very experienced for 15-30years, therefore can give professional suggestion and provide quality products and services. Machine installation and commissioning: we can send technicians to customer factories to help install machine and finish machine commissioning, the customer should buy air tickets, provide food and hotel during our stay of our technicians and pay 80usd per day to each technician. Small machine needs about one week, big machine needs about one month, a complex of project perhaps last for a few months. Maintenance notices: 1) Machine operator should know well machine running process and correctly operate each unit. 2) gears in gearboxes should be in lubrication oil 3) bearings should be regularly lubricated 4) cutting blades should be regularly ground 5) wire connections should be regularly checked 6) consumable parts should be sufficient in stock 7)m...
