  • The combination of WC and TiN coating on rollers is our patent technology, first treat roller surface with tungsten carbide (WC), fine grinding, then titanium nitride(TiN) treat the roller surface to compensate weak points of WC treatment, the roller has absolute advantages:

  • 1.Stainless roller surface.

    2.Surface roughness ≤0.01mm.

    3.No material sticking onto roller

    4.No roller wearing contamination to lithium coated strip.
