Non doubtedly leveler is the basic machine of steel coil cut to length line, the quality of finished sheets largely depend on the performance of leveling machine. In thick plate cutting to length line, two grades leveling are frequently seen, one pre-leveler and main leveler. Pre-leveler is to handle coiling bends and main leveler is to level sheets to be flat.

We supplied 3sets large leveling cut to length lines to Middle East, one 10 x 2000, one 12 x 2000 and one 16x2000. the levelers are 13 rollers or 11 rollers, four high structure.

Another obvious feature of thick HRC steel plate cutting to length is the stacking system: composed of plate sending out device, receiving platform and side pushers, it is convenient, automatic and economical.

When it comes to thick galvanized steel plate, the plates stacking should be one by one falling on plate pile. Thus the plate receiving roller arm should close and receive one plate and then open to release the plate falling down. the roller arm open-close actions are pneumatic, controlled by PLC and feedback sensor in closed loop. Meanwhile, plate sender, piling roller table and side pushers are the same composition.
