Fully automatic Adjusting Cable Tray profiling roll forming line machine
Cable trays styles and sizes change a lot as per actual applications, it will be very costly if each style and each size cable tray (cable bridge) is profiled by one roll forming machine. It is a good way to make as many types and sizes of cable bridges by one forming machine.
Our automatic adjustable cable tray roll forming machines perform excellently, usually the same type profile cable trays of different sizes are formed by one machine, meanwhile, incorporating different type of similar profiles.
Characters of fully automatic Cable tray profiling line:
1.Two types of profiling machine structure: through shaft type and side cantilever type. The former for steel plate over 1.5mm.
2.To make large and small cable trays of 100-1000mm web, 25-150mm flange.
3.Producing flow: automatic hydraulic uncoiler, pinch feeder and leveler, hydraulic punching with servo feeder, (front shear, transmission roll table), roll forming machine, (rear shear), discharge table.
4.Forming speed: 0-15m/min, line speed considering punching and cutting : 0-8m/min(4m length, 2pcs/min)
5.automatically adjust between different cable tray sizes by PLC programming with no need of taking off any parts, for different cable tray sizes are formed by combined rollers
6.Yaskawa Servo motor for servo feeder and frequency converter for forming mill. PLC, HMI touch screen and encoders to realize the whole production line working in smooth process.
7.Manual output roll table or automatic output stacking stable are optional.
8.Finished cable tray length precision:±3mm/10m
Finished cable tray straightness precision: ±1-1.5 degree /10m
Description of Through Shaft type automatic cable tray machine:
Automatic transverse movement adjusting: the two sides of portal forming stands simultaneously move inward or outward on linear guide rails driven by electric motor.
Number of forming stations: cast iron forming stands, 20 stations.
Main shafts: 40Cr quenching & tempering treatment HB220-260, Ф90mm diameter.
Forming rollers: GCr15, heat treatment HRC58-62, for different profiles, should change some rollers.
Main drive: 37KW (15KW and 22KW two AC motors) sprockets and chains transmission.
Machine base: welding assembly of H steel with aging treatment.
The advantages of automatic double sides transverse moving with long through shafts and one side drive:
1)Long through shafts, portal stands and one side drive give stable and strong forming strength.
2)Not like two sides drive which should consider the synchronization of two sides motors.
3)Easy operation: PLC programming automatic transverse adjust to make all product sizes.
4)Centerline: two sides come towards or outwards together which always centralize the center.
